Kimberly J. Lewis M.Div.

If you've picked up this page, I want you to know something: the hesitation you feel about AI is not a weakness. It might be the most responsible thing about you.

You're leading an organization where trust is everything — trust from your congregation, your donors, your community, your team. And you've watched the AI conversation unfold with a mix of genuine curiosity and real concern. What does this mean for my voice? For our values? For the people who depend on us? Those aren't obstacles to getting started. Those are exactly the right questions — and they're the questions I built this school to answer.

My name is Kimberly J. Lewis, and I hold a Master of Divinity alongside years of work at the intersection of technology, leadership, and mission-driven organizations. I didn't design the AI Experience Framework™ because AI is exciting (though sometimes it is). I designed it because I kept watching leaders like you get handed generic AI advice that had nothing to do with your world — advice built for corporate teams with IT departments and legal counsel, handed to a church communications director working on a Saturday afternoon. That gap frustrated me deeply, and closing it became my work.

Everything in this school is built around one conviction: human judgment must stay at the center. That's the AI Heartbeat™ principle, and it runs through every framework, every lesson, and every decision guide you'll encounter here. You'll learn what AI actually is — and isn't — in plain, honest language. You'll map where your organization genuinely stands today, and where it could realistically go. You'll build prompts that sound like you, not like a machine guessing at your mission. And you'll put responsible guardrails in place — around privacy, bias, accountability, and ethics — that you can explain to your board, your team, and the people you serve.

I also want to say this directly: I've designed this school to work for every kind of learner. If you've struggled in fast-paced, jargon-heavy tech environments before, this is a different experience. The pace is steady. Every concept is scaffolded. And you will never be left to figure something out alone. I'm here, this community is here, and the frameworks exist precisely so you always know your next step.

By the time you present your capstone AI Adoption Plan, you won't just understand AI. You'll have led the process of bringing it responsibly into your organization — on your terms, in your voice, in alignment with your mission. That's the transformation I'm inviting you into. I'd be honored to walk it with you.
